Evaluate our service delivery.

| Implement evaluation forms for all library programs. | |
| Establish a method of capturing comments from patrons regarding library service & ask for feedback on web page. | |
| Conduct needs assessment for non-users within 2 years & use results for future planning. |

Report regularly to Council and the community on the services provided, evaluation of these services and future plans for service improvement.
