Join us in the Community Hall at our Bridgenorth branch for a fitness class specially designed for seniors! Certified fitness instructor Karie Janssen will lead participants through a series of exercises designed to help increase strength, taking into account each person's particular needs. The fitness portion of the class will be 45 minutes long, followed by fifteen minutes of socializing and sharing a snack.

Participants will need to fill out the following questionnaire before participating in the class. Copies will be available at the class, but we recommend filling it out ahead of time to maximize workout time.

During the month of March, when the Bridgenorth Library is open, come on by to view art pieces by our Homeschool Connect Group.

March Artists: Hank and Russ Allen, Kai Caradus, Shane and Vivienne Daling, Theon and Desmond Francois, Ben, Andrew and Jake Hayes, Simon and Destin Hunt, Georgia Shaw, and Maria Woodcroft

Come explore the unique artwork created by the young artists of our Homeschool Connect program. For the past month’s project, each participant dove into the life and style of a famous artist and learned about what made their work memorable. Then, using their favourite animal as subject, they crafted an original masterpiece inspired by their chosen artist’s techniques.
